Sales Administrator

**Role Description**
- Customer sales order processing via warehouse management portal;
- Management of rebate database, customer details;
- Support periodic business reporting requirements;
- Office administration and local IT Support with respect to IT assets;
- Supply chain co-ordination;
- Key responsibilities include data management, keeping track of documents, updating and maintaining project timelines, creating reports and analyzing data to support management decisions.
**Qualifications**
- Minimum Education: Degree
- At least 1-3 years of work experience in an sales admin support role (can be in a different business preferably in healthcare or pharma) or a recent Business Degree graduate with relevant work (sandwich year) experience
- Fluent in MS Office with intermediate MS Excel skills
- Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing)
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Desirable experience to include at least one of:
- **Customer Database Management**:
- **Stock management and sales order processing**:
- **SAP or other ERP demand forecasting experience.**
Pay: £21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
