International Sales Order Processor

This is an excellent opportunity to join a nationally established Engineering firm as a International Sales Order Processor. They are looking for someone to join on a permanent full time basis.

**Client Details**

The client is a leading Engineering organisation who due to growth are currently looking for a International Sales Order Processor to take a lead on order fulfilment, including international shipping, so any freight administration experience would be a bigadvantage. The role is based near Edgware, North West London on a full time basis.

**Description**

As an International Sales Order Processor, your key responsibilities will be:

- Preparing Sales and Purchase contracts
- Coordinating shipping logistics with shipping line(s) for container shipments
- Manage suppliers and customers shipping/ delivery schedules
- Liaise shipment schedules and bookings with clients
- Opening of and checking of Letters of Credit, requesting amendments and negotiating documents for collection of payment
- Ensure all shipping documentation is prepared on time for payment and cargo release activities
- Provide full and detailed instructions to perform a proper supervised inspection at load/ discharge port
- Contacting Freight companies for quotes
- Update and review contract status in regard to shipping logistics and quality as well as billing and payment
- Updating booking systems via Microsoft Excel for shipments and payments
- Maintaining and updating container freight quotes
- Ad hoc tasks as and when required

**Profile**
- Have order processing/ sales admin experience
- Ideally have freight/ international shipping administration experience
- Live locally to NW London and able to commute to Edgware/ Mill Hill
- Able to work well independently and within a team
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
