Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute a global sales training and enablement strategy that aligns with our business goals and sales objectives.
2. Design, implement, and oversee the delivery of sales training programs that cover industry knowledge, product understanding, selling skills, and other relevant topics.
3. Implement a sales enablement toolkit that supports the sales force in their client interactions (e.g., presentations, datasheets, proposal templates, demos).
4. Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales leadership to develop a deep understanding of our products and markets and translate that into training content.
5. Drive continuous learning and improvement through the introduction of new enablement methods and technologies.
6. Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of sales training and enablement initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to ensure continuous improvement.
7. Lead, inspire, and manage a global sales training team.

Required Skills & Experience:
1. 10+ years of experience in sales training or sales enablement, preferably in the cybersecurity industry.
2. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales training programs and initiatives.
3. Deep understanding of the cybersecurity market, products, and sales processes.
4. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a global team.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
6. Proficient in training methodologies, curriculum development, and soft skills (communication, presentation, etc.) training.
7. Proven ability to influence and drive change at all levels within an organization.
8. Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certification preferred.
