You'll work as part of a small team in the Portlethen office, on a full-time permanent basis.
Hours: 8-4 or 9-5, the employer can be flexible to suit your needs
Day to day your role will cover the below:
- Adding new jobs to the system
- Logging progress on new jobs, keeping in close contact with trades
- Processing invoices
- Organise appointments for surveyors
- Requesting further information from customers to submit to the Office Manager to submit quote requests
- Manage diaries of surveyors and trades
- Will come with excellent coordination skills
- Will be a confident communicator, able to deal with customers and tradesmen
- Has good IT skills, in particular Excel and Word
- Is pro-active and comes with a problem solving attitude
You'll receive full training on the job, but an eager attitude and drive to progress is needed for this role.
