Job Summary:
As an HR Administrator with a recruitment focus, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our company’s day-to-day activities while actively participating in recruitment processes. You will work closely with the Management and HR partner to ensure smooth operations and contribute to the growth of our talented workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the Management team to administer various HR functions, including onboarding, employee records maintenance, and performance management.
2. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
5. Maintain and update on applicant records.
6. Assist in the preparation of job offers, employment contracts, and other HR-related documentation.
7. Support the employee offboarding process, including conducting exit interviews and ensuring proper documentation.
8. Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
9. Assist in organising and conducting job fairs, career events, and campus recruitment activities.
10. Stay informed about industry trends, recruitment best practices, and HR-related laws to contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 5 years of experience as an HR Administrator, with a focus on recruitment.
4. Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Detail-oriented and highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
8. Professional certification in HR (e.g., CIPD) is a plus.
