At The Dental Wellness Centre, we are dedicated to providing patients with high quality care, with cutting-edge techniques and technology. We provide a range of treatments including general dentistry, dental implants, oral surgery, endodontics, paediatric dentistry, IV sedation, Invisalign, cosmetic dentistry, and facial aesthetics. We are also an FD training practice.

Reason for recruitment: Relocation of current Patient Coordinator.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Answering Calls**: Professionally handle incoming calls, addressing patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing necessary information.
- **Making Calls**:Contacting patients to book in recall appointments
- **Answering WhatsApp and Website Chat Queries**:

- **Appointment Scheduling**: Efficiently manage the appointment book, ensuring optimal scheduling for both patients and dental practitioners.
- **Patient Coordination**: Greet patients warmly, collect and update necessary information, and assist in completing required forms.
- **Insurance Verification**: Verify and update patient insurance information, explaining coverage details and financial responsibilities as needed.
- **Communication**: Maintain clear and open communication with patients, colleagues, and dental staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- **Administrative Support**: Provide administrative support to the dental team, including managing patient records and performing other office duties as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using computer systems and dental software (experience with SOE/ Exact is a plus).
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is advantageous.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
