Our Treatment Coordinator is an important role within Knighton dental. So we are looking for an individual who is enthusiastic, self-motivated and happy working with or without supervision. The individual must be confident and able to use their own initiative and gets the job done efficiently with a smile.

Our Treatment Coordinator has a wide varied role within the practice some of which are as follows:

- Delivering a high quality patient journey experience for our patients and clinical team.
- Completing tasks effective and efficiently.
- Monitor patients treatment journey.
- Carrying out consultations and itero scans
- Building close relationships with the practice team and key personnel from referring practices.
- Providing patients with detailed treatment options, enabling them to make informed decisions about their care.
- Working with the Practice Manager to market our services such as google reviews and social media channels.
- Carrying out associated administration duties related to the role, in an accurate and timely manner.
- Adhering to practice processes and working with the Practice Manager to improve them for the benefit of our patients.
- Scheduling sessions and appointments as required, for referrals, treatment appointments.
- A qualified dental nurse at least 2 years’ experience - _essential_
- Very good at multi-tasking with excellent personal organisational skills
- Be a confident and great communicator face-to-face and by telephone
