The Hepatitis C Trust is seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Peer Support Lead.

As a key member of our team, you will provide volunteer peer support, coordinate educational workshops, promote hepatitis C testing and prevention interventions, and ensure patients are supported throughout treatment and care.

This role requires extensive travel across the region, with a clean driving license and own vehicle for work-related travel being desirable.

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

In this role, you will be working under the guidance of the Peer Programme Manager to eliminate hepatitis C.

You will need excellent communication and organisational skills, with experience in drug or community services and volunteering highly desirable.
