Admin Assistant/receptionist

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join Charnwood Trust working at our term time only nursery in Heaton Moor, Stockport. Charnwood is a fully inclusive nursery setting that welcomes children who are mainstream or have additional / complex additional needs.
Due to the expansion of our current team, Charnwood Nursery are looking for an administrator with skills in social media, IT and/or HR processes. We are a friendly, supportive and welcoming team, with a highly inclusive working environment. Working part time you will support the nursery staff and Leadership team by completing admin duties to a high standard and will be the welcoming face of Charnwood to parents and visitors.
We are looking for a well organised, caring and flexible individual who enjoys working in a nursery setting. Experience working in an administrative role and dealing with the general public is essential. You will be effective working both individually and as part of a team. You will be calm under pressure and enjoy working in a busy and varied environment. Someone with experience of the use of social media for marketing and fundraising or supporting in a Human Resources function would thrive in this role.
**Skills & Requirements**
- Experience of using Social media to promote an organisation
- A knowledge of HR processes would be desirable
The hours for the role are:
- Wed - 8:00am to 5:00pm
- Thu - 9:30am to 2:30pm
- Fri - 9:30am to 2:30pm
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £11.67 per hour
Expected hours: 18.5 per week
