One Click Homes have a fantastic opportunity for a focused, driven and motivated individual, to join an expanding, thriving and award-winning estate agent.

You will be based at their Leyton branch as a Business Administrator.

- General administrative duties such as filling, copying, data entry, handling post
- All aspects of property maintenance
- Answering calls
- Sending out monthly rental statements to landlords/invoices to clients
- Arranging the diary
- Controlling the company’s social media
- Liaising with tenants and contractors

**Qualification**:
Business Administration Level 3 and full training on all aspects of both Estate and Lettigns Agency.

May sometimes be required to work in flagship Gidea park office and in both locations training will be provided, often by a director.

**Course Duration**:
18 Months

Monday to Friday and some Saturdays with time off during the week.

**Salary**:
£12,480.00 per year
