**Job Summary**

To provide business support in order to ensure smooth running of services run by the Community Centre.

**Duties**:

- Providing office support to both employees and customers,
- Keeping company data updated
- Interacting with clients to build good relationships.
- Handling the reception area and all related duties;
**Other duties and responsibilities of Business Administrators may include**:

- Answering phone calls, taking messages and connecting calls to appropriate departments;
- Following up on clients’ business communications, ordering and billing and tracking the organisation’s expenditure;
- Invoicing clients, collecting company data and negotiating agreements with internal and external stakeholders;
- Educating clients about company products and services;
- Preparing documents through editing, printing and binding;
- Preparing plans to help streamline and improve business operations;
- Typing;
- General word processing;
- Creating and maintaining filing systems;
- Keeping diaries and taking appointments for staff;
- Using a variety of software packages to produce correspondence and documents;
- Arranging staff meetings;
- Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment supplies;
- Organising and storing paperwork, documents and keeping computer-based information up-to-date.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
