We provide bespoke advice in all areas of taxation, helping our clients to navigate the complexities of tax codes, often in multiple jurisdictions, and to help them ensure they are fulfilling all their obligations and paying the correct amount of tax. In this way we help them to manage an area of significant financial and reputational risk and to make properly informed decisions about their tax position whether they are an individual, a business owner or a corporate organisation. We also help clients resolve any disputes they have with the tax authorities as swiftly as possible.

We cover every aspect of taxation for clients, whether on employment, corporate profits or gains, movements of individuals or businesses from one country to another, international transactions or on personal income, gains or wealth.

**Job Purpose**

There are exciting plans for developing the delivery model for Global Mobility Services at Mazars. We are looking for someone to work mainly in our processing centre, working closely with all other members of the Global Mobility Team, and focussing on supporting and developing the delivery of an exceptional service to our clients.

**Role & Responsibilities**
- A challenging and varied role including:

- Running modified expatriate payrolls, gross up calculations and the year-end process.
- Coordinating the delivery of non-UK payrolls in multiple countries, ensuring timely delivery of monthly payroll
- Managing the payroll delivery from overseas offices including regular invoice control
- Tracking and reporting on UK tax return progress and delivering team updates as the season progresses
- Preparing UK tax returns and dealing with related queries from the client, taxpayer or HMRC
- Preparing, submitting and monitoring of SA1 and 64-8 forms
- Conducting arrival and departure meetings with international assignees.
- Ability to build and implement new processes
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and the GM team and delivering a high level of client service.
- Manage risk appropriately for both clients and the firm.

**Skills, Knowledge and Experience**
- ATT qualified
- Extensive relevant expatriate tax/global mobility experience.
- Strong programme management skills
- Experience of managing expatriate tax programs with a track record of high quality delivery.
- Strong practical knowledge of current GM advisory issues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills with clients and staff at all levels with the ability to build rapport and develop strong relationships.
- Commercial awareness and a practical, business driven approach.
