Citizens Advice Welwyn Hatfield is a progressive, highly regarded independent advice charity in Hertfordshire serving a growing population of 120,000 people. With 20-25 paid staff and 40-50 volunteers, we want to continue to increase our impact on the localcommunity.

We’re looking for an adviser to work with Deaf clients across Hertfordshire. You will be a regular user of BSL, for example a Deaf person for whom BSL is your first language.

Alternatively, you will have reached the National Occupational Standards in interpreting and be registered with National Registers of Communication Professionals working with Deaf and Deafblind people (NRCPD).

The role is based in Hatfield and involves working across Hertfordshire, therefore a full driving licence and use of a car are essential. Mileage will be paidfromthe office in Hatfield.
A good working knowledge of computer systems is essential.
