Company Description
Looking to **make a difference** and smile your way through your working day? Our office was established in 2011 and our mission is to **brighten the lives** of our clients giving them a sense of purpose, **well-being & worth**. This role will play a vital part ensuring that our clients receive the **best in class quality** care and support the growth of our business.
**Job Description**:
Owing to continued expansion and demand for our officially outstanding homecare services we are seeking additional team members to work across **East Devon and Exeter**, we support our clients throughout the day from 8 am but we especially need people able to work evenings between 5 and 9 pm.
We have a **range of contracts** available. Full, **paid** award-winning training is provided, following which you will join our team of exceptional staff to care for clients living in their own homes, supporting them with personal care, home help, and companionship.

**Discover why we are different**
- Officially **‘CQC 5 Star in all areas’** provider and **‘5 Star Employer in Care’**:
- Established family owned and operated local company, that prioritises the **welfare** of clients and employees alike
- Excellent rates of pay **PLUS** additional travel & waiting time remuneration
- We follow a different model of person-centered care, with **minimum 1-hour visits**:
- **Award-winning** training as standard with options to specialise in particular areas of care
- Fully funded learning opportunities as part of the company Pathways scheme
- **Paid** Birthday leave
- Monthly Mobile data **allowance**:
- Employee healthcare scheme
- **Inclusive and friendly** team with a host of social events on offer
**Qualifications**:
We offer opportunities to all **kind,** motivated, and dedicated applicants who will value a role with great **job satisfaction**, and the chance to progress their professional career in care.
Owing to the community nature of the work, you will **need your own transportation**. We pay **mileage** and you get up to 60 minutes of **paid travel** time in between visits, in addition to your basic hourly rate.
Relevant qualifications are an advantage and will see applicants achieve higher hourly rates but we also have a comprehensive training programme for those hoping to embark on a professional **career** in care.
Additional Information
If you have a passion for caring and the motivation to help us achieve our ambitions, we would love to hear from you
Please note: Home Instead Exeter and East Devon are not able to offer sponsorship to applicants from outside the UK, at present.
