Golden Care is a group of nursing and residential care homes providing high quality nursing care across England & Wales. The group has been delivering residential and nursing care for over 30 years, with a commitment to providing our residents with the best possible comfort, quality, and stimulation.

We are looking for a Quality Coordinator - Care to join our team, working 9:00am - 3:00pm, 18 hours / 3 days a week with salary £27,000 pro rata. This will be a temporary role with an initial contract of 6 months. Flexible working pattern with some home working and some site visits to the Homes in Cwmbran and Caldicot.

**Purpose of Role**:
Work in partnership with Departmental and Registered Managers to achieve the continuous improvement of service quality and safety of all Care Homes in the group. Oversee the collection and analysis of quality service data and support Managers to harness the opportunity of learning and improvement from data analysis. Produce regular quality reports with actions, recommendations, and analysis for embedding change. Keep the Provider fully informed on quality issues at all times.

**Core Responsibilities & Duties**:

- Oversee the collection of quality data from all homes in the group in line with regulatory requirements.
- Analyse quality data to identify trends, gaps in service, and opportunities to improve service delivery at group and local service level.
- Produce detailed quality reports highlighting key performance indicators, recommendations for improvement and opportunity to enhance service delivery.
- Create clear action plans with time specific outcomes that will support Home Managers in implementing service improvements towards achieving outstanding regulatory reports.
- Maintaining up to date working knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation and regulatory standards that impact on key areas of quality and service delivery.
- Take responsibility for the development and implementation of the service wide quality assurance framework.
- Evaluate service practice and operations in preparation for regulatory inspections.
- Support and motivate colleagues to achieve outstanding service delivery in relation to quality, audits, learning and improvements.
- Taking a teamwork approach, serve colleagues across the group, as an expert in service quality and regulations, working with department leads to embed best practices at all levels of the organisation.
