We have an exciting opportunity for you to join the Public Health team, which is a service that is committed to delivering better outcomes for the people of Middlesbrough.

Public Health South Tees is looking for a Business Coordinator that can streamline current processes and deliver reports and recording keeping to a high standard. Working with Senior management, the post holder will be approachable with good communication skills. Ideally you will have previous knowledge of project documentation and financial administration, although an element of training will be given around this. You will also be passionate about creating our own talent and will be a mentor and leader to current staff within their line management.

You must be able to demonstrate excellent collaborative working, be a creative thinker and have a passion for the local community, delivering services to a high quality. You will be part of and lead a strong and passionate multi-disciplinary public health team who have the aim of improving health and well-being and reducing health inequalities for our local populations.

The post holder’s workplace will primarily be the Live Well Centre in Middlesbrough with their team, but opportunities may arise to work from other council buildings, as well as occasional remote working.
