**About The Role**:
The Talent Team is responsible for hiring great talent at TPXimpact. The Senior Talent Sourcer is a newly created role within the Talent team and will primarily focus on proactive talent identification and sourcing of key talent to enable the growth of the business. This is an opportunity to join us at a key time of change and growth.
**Main responsibilities and how you’ll make an impact**:
- Proactively identify and engage talent with specific focus on diverse talent at all levels, working with Talent Consultants and Hiring Managers across a number of critical roles.
- Work on a variety of roles to support volume hiring, leadership hiring and diverse recruiting initiatives
- Drive creative talent strategies including talent maps, talent market research, leveraging social media channels, online databases, boolean searches, networking and attending & hosting meet-ups and talent connect events.
- Manage, maintain and report on sourcing metrics and analysis on specific campaigns
- Manage and steer effective lead generation initiatives through LinkedIn and other social media platforms
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement in talent sourcing practices
- Act as SME and deliver talent market intelligence to Talent Consultants and Hiring Managers regarding the external talent market
- Build network and relationships with partners, channel to attract and hire diverse talent
- Collaborate with stakeholders, and Talent Consultants to proactively identify talent for TPXimpact and generate go-to-market sourcing strategies to identify talent, conduct research on talent market and develop talent maps of critical talent segments to support TPXimpact to hire
- Build talent pools and nurture talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Work with internal and external stakeholders where necessary to identify talent gaps
- Lead recruitment related responsibilities and projects as needed
- Work collaboratively with the Talent team and marketing team to establish opportunities that support proactive sourcing and talent engagement activities.
- Stay current on market and/or functional trends and key developments as they relate to talent attraction and talent acquisition.
- Leverage a multi strategy for sourcing the best, diverse talent and establishing practices (systems, tools, and processes) to attract, engage and hire the best talent
- Maintain accurate source data for all sourcing activities and ensure metrics are updated and reportable
- Leverage relevant social media and communications channels to support employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts
- Conduct initial talent identification including outreach to prospective talent and running exploratory career calls/ recruiter phone screenings
- Adopt a skills first hiring approach to talent identification that enables TPXimpact to continue to expand where we look for and hire diverse talent
- Build rapport and engagement with prospective talent and communicate the TPXimpact employer value proposition

- Have demonstrated skills in sourcing and engaging great people gained through experience of working within in-house talent acquisition, recruitment agency or RPO team
- Be curious, and adopt a research and investigative approach to scouting talent
- Be results focused and enjoy working with data
- Be inclusive and embrace diversity and be passionate about diversifying the workforce
- Have experience in managing social media and talent attraction campaigns
- Be able to adopt and adapt according to different talent search strategies including leadership and volume roles
- Have excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships with all levels of stakeholders.
- Have a creative, forward thinking, human centric approach to HR
- Have effective and accurate written and verbal communication skills
- Be able to work independently in an empowering work environment
