Belfast, United Kingdom Creations Interiors Ltd Full time

Put through orders to suppliers and put onto stock system
- Receive goods onto stock system when they arrive, notify those concerned
- Put container orders onto stock system
- Organise shipping of containers and price of shipping with freight forwarder
- Liase with supplier for load dates, track progress of containers. Ensure all containers are paid and receive paperwork required before arriving into port.
- Organise sales dockets and cover sheets for daily customer deliveries
- Arrange customer complaints with suppliers and technicians to try and resolve.
- Ensure all returns are sent back to suppliers and credits are received.
- Add new product codes and ranges to stock system
- Stock transfers
- General office duties
- Ability to work independently and organise your own time.
- Initial days working are Tues - Thurs full day while learning position

**Job Types**: Permanent, Part-time
Part-time hours: 22.5 per week

**Salary**: £13.00 per hour
