OFFICE ADMIN ASSISTANT / DATA ENTRY CLERK REQUIRED - IMMEDIATE START

We are looking for an Admin Assistant to work on a Full Time Basis Monday - Friday 9am-5pm - This is a Permanent Position

DUTIES/ROLE:

- Answering the Office Phone to answer Queries from Housing Officers/Tenants/Engineers
- Filing & System Updating/Data Entry/Input (Inc VAT Input)
- Making Calls to Book Appointments / Speak to Housing Officers / Landlords
- Assisting Director/Management with Ad Hoc Admin Tasks

WORKING HOURS:
Mondays - 9am-5pm
Tuesdays - 9am-5pm
Wednesdays - 9am-5pm
Thursdays - 9am-5pm
Fridays - 9am-5pm

(40 Minute Paid Lunch Break)

**Benefits**:
Initial Hourly Rate of £10.50 per Hour (During Trial)
Raising to £11.00 per Hour after Trial
Monthly Pay (PAYE) - Last Working Day of the Month

LOCATION:
The Old Courthouse, Grays, RM17 5DD

TRIAL:
Initial 3 Month Trial
