**Internal Sales Representative for Aggregates**:

**Description of Team / Department**:
Working alongside other Internal Sales Representatives and Territory Sales Managers for the Asphalt, Aggregates and Concrete businesses.
**Purpose of / Responsibilities of the role**:
Work with your territory sales managers to maximize sales opportunities and RCO.
Be responsible for proactively generating new business in your area through prospecting; making use of internal and external reports and market data.
Ensure end-to-end account management, including managing queries, cash collection and complaints for relevant accounts.
Liaise with other business lines ISR's and TSM's and other internal and external Hanson team members to understand new business opportunities and develop business and customer strategies.
**Skills / Experience**:
Previous experience of a commercial or sales role would be advantageous.
Working understanding of standard software packages.
Excellent communication skills.
The ability to establish and develop working relationships with internal and external customers, suppliers and colleagues across the Hanson business.
