**Service Delivery Specialist - Software Implementation/CRM experience** Service Delivery Specialist (US Hours) - role is based in central Leicester ( Hybrid inc WFH ) working 2pm to 10pm with an extra monthly payment on top of salary - there is also an option to work mid-day to 8pm with a lesser additional payment, these areMonday to Friday with very good competitive salaries on offer plus benefits and mix of in office and WFH, 2 days in office 3 from home.

**Key Responsibilities**

They have an exciting opportunity for a Service Delivery Specialist to join the team. They are looking for an enthusiastic, determined, and ambitious Service Delivery professional to join their fast-growing business. You will be a provisioning specialistworking in their Leicester offices (covering East Coast US working hours) alongside their teams across both the UK & US.

**Are you the right person ?**

As the Service Delivery Specialist, you will cover a broad range of tasks from setting up and configuring the companies services to guiding customers through networking changes required to support their services.

You will be the primary contact during the setup and implementation stage for their customers while always maintaining excellent levels of communication, translating all customer’s orders and supporting documentation onto a live service.

The platform is designed to be "self-service", and a vital element of the engineers’ role is providing customer training. You will train our customers on the usage and configuration of the system and its portal to ensure the customer is confident in itsuse. Training sessions are customarily delivered remotely but can sometimes require onsite customer-facing delivery.

**Skills Knowledge and Expertise**

As a well-rounded Service Delivery Specialist your Skills and Experiences likely include:

- You have evidentiary training experience
- You are confidant with customer contact both face-to-face and over the telephone
- You have previous experience of working with licence-based services
- You have previous telecoms experience (ideally VOIP)
- Have previous experience in CRM platforms
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
