**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Customer Service:**n- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and candidates, providing outstanding support via phone, email, and live chat.n- Address inquiries, concerns, and requests from clients and candidates in a timely and professional manner.n- Resolve issues related to the recruitment process, including application status, interview scheduling, and offer letters.n- Maintain detailed and accurate records of client and candidate interactions in the CRM system.n- Follow up with clients and candidates to ensure their satisfaction with our services.

2. **Recruitment Process Support:**n- Assist in coordinating and scheduling interviews between clients and candidates.n- Provide support with job postings, candidate screening, and application tracking.n- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and relevant employment laws.n- Collaborate with recruitment consultants to match candidates with suitable job opportunities.

3. **Client and Candidate Relationship Management:**n- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs and expectations.n- Gather and analyze feedback to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.n- Proactively reach out to clients and candidates to provide updates and gather insights.

4. **Administrative Duties:**n- Prepare and maintain reports related to customer service activities and recruitment metrics.n- Assist with onboarding new clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth transition into our services.n- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.n- Perform other duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.n- 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably within the recruitment or staffing industry.n- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.n- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.n- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.n- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.n- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.n- Flexibility to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
