**What we do**All young people deserve a productive, fulfilling future. Society needs the spark and energy of young people to make it tick, yet somehow thousands of young people feel blocked by the complex, sometimes disheartening challenges the modern world throws at them.

The post will require significant networking and engagement across the sector and beyond to ensure the NYA's work is rooted in the needs of young people and youth work.

The Youth Work Specialist will deliver consultancy, training, and developmental support for the NYA's customers across the breadth of all we do and ensure the NYA is at the forefront of developing its products and services.

High level relationship management skills are essential in this role and experience in developing collaborative partnerships would be a distinct advantage.
Your organisational and/or well-developed project management skills will enable you to manage a diverse range of cases, working with customers and stakeholders to review youth work practice and delivery, using your experience and analytical skills to accurately and critically assess responses.
You will be supporting organisations to create development plans that identify where they can access support, guidance and resources that will help them to progress identified areas of development.
