We’re looking for a Senior Brand Strategist (known internally as our Senior Brand Manager) to join our Global Brand & Product Marketing team to help set the strategic direction for our brand globally, and to partner with the marketing teams in each of our regions to build emotional, long-term connections with customers. We have responsibility across brand strategy, brand expression, product marketing, content strategy, content production and marketing excellence - our legacy is to leave the brand in stronger shape than we found it, and our role is to help guide and support our regional teams to both retain existing customers and attract new ones.

The main focus areas of the role will be to develop and evolve our brand strategy and positioning, use insights and data to continually improve brand performance, and ensure our brand remains distinctive and consistent across all our markets. Working collaboratively with a wide range of teams, the role will be key in ensuring our brand development and marketing decisions are based on a deep understanding of customer needs and behaviours, market trends and competitor activity.

This is a new role that will help set the future direction for our brand, acting as an internal consultant to help steer a broad range of projects which could include new marketing strategies, retail environment, employee experience, innovation, and proposition development.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to have extensive experience spanning the last decade as a senior Brand Strategist or Brand Manager at a leading consumer brand or brand agency to fully be able to take this role to the next level. You’ll have demonstrable success in developing and executing brand strategies, superb communication and presentation skills, strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and translate to meaningful recommendations and be familiar with data analysis tools, research methodologies and marketing analytics platforms. It’s important you’ll have an excellent eye for outstanding design and detail, strong organisational and project management abilities, and be able to keep up to date with the latest marketing trends and consumer behaviour.

You’ll be based either in Guernsey or remotely within the UK; travel to London and Guernsey will be expected as part of this role.
