**Here’s a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role**:

- Taking take huge pride in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation and hygiene in your allocated home are consistently achieved, including scheduled deep cleaning
- You’ll care for every corner of your home, ensuring every surface shines, every bed is made to perfection and every inch of every carpet is spotless
- Supporting our departures and arrivals 3 days each week, you’ll be key to making sure we’re always ready to receive our guests
- Proactively replenishing and replacing items as required by our guests
- Making sure the correct cleaning materials are used for each task, checking equipment regularly and swiftly reporting any maintenance issues
- Interacting with our guests, sharing your knowledge and experience, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us 5 star in every way

**The kind of person we're looking for**:

- Ideally, you'll have previous experience within a similar role however we’ll provide you with full training
- You’re adaptable, and available to work a flexible schedule, in line with the changing needs of our business
- Highly motivated and possessing an immense sense of pride in your work; you're passionate about delivering the high standards for our guests in line with the Gleneagles brand
- You have a positive “can do” attitude to solving problems in a professional and courteous manner
- A strong team player with great communication skills and an enthusiastic approach; you're well organised and punctual with an eagle eye for detail
- You want to be part of a team that works hard, supports each other and above all has fun along the way
