**What will you be doing?**

Providing support by preparing data for reports and invoice packs, for both internal and external stakeholders. Completing core administration activities in an accurate and timely manner using agreed business systems and processes. You will also providesupport to Contract Managers and customers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

- Assisting with the creation of monthly invoice packs and hierarchy reports in a timely manner, whilst ensuring accuracy and delivery within agreed timeframes
- Running of reports to collect the data for Invoice packs, hierarchy reports, and KPI analysis
- Requesting PO’s and Invoices from the finance team
- Management of the customer hub, delivering training and dealing with queries where applicable.
- Uploading and updating compliance documents to the customer hub - Part E’s of consignment notes and permits. Including ensuring permits and waste carriers licences are in date
- Dealing with queries surrounding invoice packs and hierarchy data
- Supporting Contract Managers on data analysis and assimilation for budgeting, tenders, KPIs etc
- Working alongside the helpdesk and Contract Managers to ensure data captured and reported is accurate
- Updating of waste mapping, and ensuring Zero to Landfill
- Contacting internal departments, and external contractors for work related information, weighbridge tickets, waste transfer notes etc.
- Identifying and proposing areas of continuous improvement

**What are we looking for?**
- An individual with excellent communication and presentation skills to provide industry-leading customer service to all internal and external customers.
- Experience of working with Google and Microsoft literate including spreadsheets and preparing data reports and metrics.
- Experience of Data manipulation/pivot tables, macros would be an advantage
- Strong organisational skills and experience of meeting and working to tight deadlines
