What you'll be doing;
  • Create the monthly invoice packs and hierarchy reports in a timely manner, whilst ensuring accuracy and delivery within agreed timeframes.
  • Running of reports to collect the data for Invoice packs, hierarchy reports, and KPI analysis.
  • Requesting PO's and Invoices from the finance team.
  • Management of the customer hub, delivering training and dealing with queries where applicable.
  • Dealing with queries surrounding invoice packs and hierarchy data.
  • Supporting Contract Managers on data analysis and assimilation for budgeting, tenders, KPIs etc.
  • Working alongside the helpdesk and Contract Managers to ensure data captured and reported is accurate.
  • Updating of waste mapping, and ensuring Zero to Landfill.
  • Contacting internal departments, and external contractors for work related information, weighbridge tickets, waste transfer notes etc.
  • Attend site visits to build customer relationships and gain an understanding of the operations side of IWE.


What we're looking for;
  • GCSE qualifications - minimum Maths and English
  • IT skills - Microsoft Office particularly Excel (formulas and formatting, data manipulation and pivot tables), Google Suite Applications
  • Previous administration experience
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills with ability to meet and work to tight deadlines
  • Analytical and good eye for detail
  • Customer service/focused background
  • Waste background with some knowledge of the waste hierarchy- desirable
  • Experience in a fast paced process driven industry - desirable
