We are looking for a talented Associate Recruiter to join our team providing excellent recruitment support and process guidance to our internal stakeholders

**In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways**:
Create and format job descriptions in accordance with Cummins employment brand.

Accountable for managing life cycle of requisition through applicant tracking system (ATS) including documentation for auditing purposes.

Lead and support the offer management process, initiate and complete background and reference checks which may include supporting electronic consents, and communicate results to the appropriate parties.

Participates in continuous improvement activities for talent acquisition processes; documents processes and improvements; contributes to communication and change management efforts for improvement activities.

Adheres to recruiting processes, policies, tools and recruitment teams in compliance with relevant legislative and governmental regulations and in adherence with the company’s policies and procedures. Collaborates with immigration team to ensure compliance with all immigration regulations.

**To be successful in this role you will need the following**:
Excellent communication (e.g. verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.

Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, have excellent time management and organizational skills.

Strong attention to detail and high level of customer service skills.

Ability to build, consult, and manage stakeholder relationships to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of processes.

High Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with ability to navigate multiple talent acquisition tools and systems.

This role can be based out of any Cummins location in the UK.
