Salary - £26,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 per week - A 2-shift rotating system operates; 06:00-14:00 and 12:00-20:00 Monday to Friday**
Do you have a real interest and passion in the analysis and properties of chemicals and organic molecules in particular?
Our Daventry based client are looking to recruit a QC Analyst to join their quality department.
Our client primarily manufactures flavour and fragrance chemicals for use in the food industry. Their marketplace is global and their business is consistently growing year on year.

**Responsibilities**:
Duties of the QC Analyst revolve around the analysis of raw materials, intermediates and finished products as well as being involved in the investigation of customer complaints and the associated feedback. You will be expected to bring enthusiasm to a small,multi-tasking, passionate team.

**Requirements**:

- A degree in Analytical Chemistry or similar
- Enthusiasm and a desire to learn
- Good team player
- Previous experience of working in an analytical role within a chemical manufacturing organisation
- Some knowledge of safe working practices i.e. COSHH
- Some knowledge of analytical methods such as GLC, HPLC, Karl Fischer, Mpt
