Here at **Impact Recruitment,**we are hiring a **Welding Supervisor**for one of our clients within the **Engineering Industry.** They are looking for someone to assemble and weld various components as well as leading and mentoring a team of welders.

**Salary**: £33,000

**Location**: Daventry

**Hours**: 7:45am - 4.45pm

**Responsibilities**:

- Task leading a team of welders.
- Monitoring productivity and quality within the team to ensure targets are met and exceeded.
- Evaluating and supporting process/fixture changes to achieve target times.
- Expediting kit parts to achieve shop schedule requirements.
- MIG Welding and associated processes.
