**What you’ll do**:

- Coordinate with the building authorities for building related matters
- Ensure all operational and safety procedures are properly followed

- Previous experience within a similar role would be beneficial
- A keen eye for detail - nothing goes unnoticed
- Excellent communication skills
- Energetic and capable of taking initiative and decisions when needed
