**Client Document Executive Evening Supervisor - Fully Remote 5pm - 1am**:
The role of Client Document Executive Evening Supervisor is to provide Partners and fee earners with an accurate, professional and efficient document production service, while being responsible for the supervision, performance management, and quality of output (along with the Client Document Executive Lead) of the evening shift team.
The Client Document Executives will take an active interest in the workload and requirements of each area of the Firm and will provide flexible services to ensure deadlines are consistently met.
This is a full-time, fully remote, evening shift role.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure appropriate supervision of direct team with a focus on service delivery and excellence.
- Direct and effective management, communication, client engagement and administration of all staff for whom responsible
- Manage resourcing levels to ensure most effective use of the team
- Ensure absence and timekeeping is managed effectively working alongside the Client Document Executive Lead
- Monitor the team’s performance to ensure competency levels are met and new skills acquired
- Provide feedback to Client Document Executive Lead and participate in annual performance appraisals for staff within direct area of responsibility
- Comply with all relevant legal and regulatory obligations including the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) Standards and Regulations, and Principles.
Document Production:
- Create and amend PowerPoint/Visio/Jigsaw presentations, organisational charts, Excel spreadsheets and graphs
- Create, amend, compress, redact and convert pdf documents, bundles, binders and fillable forms
- Create marketing documentation such as team sheets, seminar slides and pitches
- Ensure documents are formatted in the Firm’s branding and house style and in line with existing systems and procedures
- Proof read and review documents to ensure accuracy and consistency in adhering to the Firm’s house style
- Use available systems and processes to ensure work is prioritised and completed effectively
- Ensure documents are produced within the required timescales and to the highest standards
- Liaise with Partners, fee earners and the team as appropriate in relation to document production
- Build solid relationships with, and provide regular updates to service users on the progress of tasks
- Support and help Partners, fee earners and other team members by sharing system and best practice knowledge, ensuring continuous skills development
Other duties and responsibilities:
- Assist other members of the team, both proactively and at the request of the Client Document Executive Lead where appropriate
- Work effectively with other legal and Business Resource teams as required
- Any other duties as reasonably requested by the Partners, fee earners, Client Document Executive Lead, or the Head of Internal Client Services
Person Specification
- Experience of using BigHand would be advantageous

- Accurate typing speed of at least 60 words per minute
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, research tools and other systems implemented by the Firm, with an ability to pick up new technological skills through training, both on the job and through specific sessions.
