E3R are proud to be working with one of the UK’s leading specialist flooring contractors to recruit an Contracts Administrator based in their head office in West Yorkshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join a multi-million pound turnover business, with offices based across Yorkshire and beyond. Providing bespoke solutions for the Flooring and Construction markets at a National level. The successful Contracts Administrator would ideally come from a flooring background however we will consider other backgrounds ie: Construction etc.

**Purpose of Contracts Administrator**:

- Complete and Maintain administration activities
- Support Operations Director in the day to day roles

**Contracts Administrator Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Preparing job packs for projects
- Complete Risk Assessments & Method Statements for live projects
- Organise materials and place orders with suppliers as required
- Receiving and Taking deliveries from suppliers
- Stock control and recording
- Preparing Job Packs for projects
- Develop systems as necessary to monitor and control activities
- Any Other Duties as necessary

Contracts Administrator typical working hours: 8am - 5pm or hours as necessary to complete the workload required
