Recruitment Administrator Role - Temporary Job - Hybrid Working until March 2023.

Hays Business Support are currently working with a successful organisation located close to Wetherby. Due to a busy period within the company this organisation is seeking a temporary administrator to join their team.
**Your new role**
Within your role you will be assisting a busy recruitment team with administration tasks. Duties could include helping to advertise jobs on the system, coordinating interviews with applicants and helping to collate ID documents for DBS checks and employee onboarding.You will help to monitor an inbox and update various systems and databases. You might be asked to send out contracts, check employee files and assist with various administration tasks for the team.
**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to succeed you will be organised and hard working. You will be able to prioritise your workload and work to deadlines. You will be IT literate and a strong communicator. It would be beneficial is you are able to demonstrate previous administrationexperience.
**What you'll get in return**
In return this role is expected to last until March 2023. You will be offered a hybrid working environment completing 2 days in the office each week but the rest of the time working from home. You will be working on a full time basis. You will be provided withall the equipment needed to complete your job. You will be paid weekly via Hays payroll. This company offer flexitime so you can start earlier or later in the morning if you choose to do so. The company provide parking and full training will be given.
