One of my leading commercial clients based in Wetherby is looking for a superb **Receptionist and Administrative** support person to join their team.

They are looking to enhance their talented team and the Receptionist role offers a chance for you to work at the heart of this dynamic fast-paced commercial business.

As the company’s key receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for all enquires with new and existing customers, representing a superb business and brand. You will be liaising daily with all Internal Managers and Internal Account teams providing excellent reception and client support.

I need your personable and professional customer service and administrative support skills, your confident, friendly and professional telephone manner and smiling positive attitude.

The key requirement for this role will be to give a warm welcome to new and exciting customers and also to generate a positive welcome for all colleagues as they pass through reception on none hybrid days. You will be a key part contributing to the positivity at the forefront of this business.

This is a great opportunity for someone that enjoys building relationships and generating a positive work environment. You will have a great attention to detail, be able to think on your feet and offer a great customer service experience.

Ideally you will have a minimum of 2 years telephone office-based experience, you will update all the internal systems and there may be some additional administrative support requirements in the role. You will also manage the onsite parking facilities. Book all visitors into site.
