**The Role**:

- As Property Services Co-ordinator, you will support Oxfam by operating as part of the Property Services Team to facilitate maintenance of Oxfam retail properties.

**What we are looking for**:

- The ability to organise work effectively
- Ability to self manage a busy workload, including administration, communications, managing others
- Ability to communicate clear instructions and objectives clearly
- Ability to manage and coach effectively
- Ability to maintain a calm approach to deal with volume, complexity and a variety of work, often under pressure.
- Tenacity
- Very good numerical skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong team working skills
- Proficient in the use of MS Office
