Estates Finance Assistant

**Oxfam’s property portfolio comprises approximately 600 shops plus warehouses, offices and residential properties situated across the country. Your role would be to help our Estates Surveyors to deliver an estates management service that’s high quality and cost-effective and which adds value. You will make a big difference to our business.**

**_ The Role:_**:
You will provide support our Estates team, helping them manage the financial aspects of our large portfolio of properties. The work is varied and interesting with opportunities for on the job learning.

We will rely on your support when it comes to processing and approval of invoices, financial recording keeping and preparation of report documentation.

You will play an important part in ensuring the Estates team is able to implement the Retail Strategy, support our shops network and add value.

We will also expect you to have a keen interest in property, an eye for detail and a can-do attitude to getting the job done. You will be enthusiastic, adaptable and analytical, good at solving problems, managing your time and juggling priorities. You will thrive on teamwork.
