We have an exciting opportunity to join our successful team of administrators based in Woodlands on the Ipswich hospital site.

The role will be varied to support East Suffolk Care Group and will be based partly on Lark ward attending patient reviews and partly supporting the other wards at Woodlands with admin tasks.

The service is 24 hours, seven days a week although the admin role will cover Monday to Friday within the core hours of 8am to 5pm.

You will be based for part of the role on Lark ward supporting the Doctors and attending patient reviews. They will also support the other wards with admin tasks and will need to be able to provide cover when needed for patient's finance. All of our admin are expected to work flexibly across a range ofteams andbe responsive to the changing needs of the service. We are looking for a person who is enthusiastic, and energised with a positive, can do, approach. Good communication and organisational skills are essential.

Your role will involve a wide range of tasks from minute taking, attending patient meetings, typing up reports, audio typing, inputting and collecting data, audits, updating our clinical database in the correct way to support data reporting. Creating clinical letters. The role will also include answering the phones for the teams, and cross covering other areas supporting the wider admin team. This is a stimulating and varied role where no two days are alike but are extremely rewarding.
