**Overview**:
No two days are the same in Enterprise’s Corporate Communications team. If you are craving a creative challenge, a dynamic environment, while supporting the Enterprise Holdings’ European corporate leadership team, ‘Comms’ might be the place for you. We are recruiting for an Internal Communications Specialist as full-time 14-month maternity cover.

**Responsibilities**:

- Partner with operational support teams to align internal communications with overall departmental objectives, to include meeting regularly with leadership to discuss opportunities, acquiring a deep knowledge of the organization, developing a plan for supporting them with employee communications and managing the implementation of those plans
- Support the efforts of various areas by seeking out ways to get messages about the company’s various programs/initiatives in front of employees
- Collaborate with team to develop new ideas and content that meets the needs of business partners and adheres to the standards established in the Enterprise Holdings Stylebook
- Create graphic and video content either by yourself, or with the internal design team, or external agencies
- Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with key internal clients
- Provide support and help manage tools that measure the effectiveness of our messaging and publications
- Plan and project manage campaigns and storytelling series

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
- Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
- Support the corporate communications function, including external communications
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years experience in a similar role
- A willingness to create engaging content and support senior stakeholders in their communications is essential
- Should be a self-starter and self-motivated, able to work independently and within a team to help get the best outcomes for the Global and European Comms team and their stakeholders
- A second European language would be advantageous, but not essential

**Location**: Egham, Surrey. Blend of office and remote working.

**Hours**: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
