We’re looking for committed individuals with a passion for providing high-quality customer service to join our Customer Service Centre in Swindon as **Customer Service Advisors**. It doesn't matter if you don't have previous experience working in a contact centre, as what’s important to us is a proactive outlook, an extremely customer-centric approach, and a great attitude As we’re proud tosupport the communities we serve, we’ll need you to live in the Thames Water region**.**You’ll know if you do as you’ll be a Thames Water customer with your water bill coming from us.

Our **Customer Service Advisors** are the first point of contact for our customers, and you’ll be representing Thames Water and taking ownership of customer queries, asking the relevant questions, and finding a swift resolution to all enquiries.A professional understanding of what makes first-class customer service is important, as are flexibility, multi-tasking and problem-solving.

**Our working hours are 36 hours a week and the fixed working patterns are**:

- 4-Day Week - Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday 08.30 am - 6.00 pm
- 4-Day Week - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday 08.30 am - 6.00 pm
- 5-Day Week, 8 am - 8 pm Monday to Friday with 1 Saturday in 4

**What you should bring to the role**
- A strong passion for customer service
- An excellent telephone manner with good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills to interact with our customers
- Enthusiasm and being a great team player
- Willingness to learn and progress
- Good IT, listening and problem-solving skills
- An ability to work within a fast-paced and sometimes pressurised environment
