Liberty has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to work overnight shifts and join our team based in the Knowsley area (employees are agile working and therefore permitted to work from their home address or a location that suites theirneeds and those of the business.You will need to be in a reasonable commutable distance for training and meetings).You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, working 42 hours over 7 days 12 hour shifts 4 days on and 4 days off.In return, youwill receive a competitive salary of £21,681 pro rata per annum Plus Excellent Benefits.

**Responsibilities for the Customer Service Advisor role are**:
Deal with all incoming and follow up contact from customers who have

an enquiry or service request

Promoting a customer first culture whilst ensuring that service levels

and standards are maintained

Ensure all enquiries are resolved whilst providing exceptional customer service

Input, collate and record customer information accurately using a variety of IT systems ensuring service level targets are actively worked towards and achieved

**What we are looking for in our ideal Customer Service Advisor**:
Experience in a customer service environment, and experience in the operation of computerised data base systems and strong IT skills and the use of Microsoft office software (specifically Outlook, Word).Call/service centre environment and / or socialhousing experience would be beneficial.
