Reporting in to the Team Manager your key tasks will include:

- Maintain standards and achieve targets for all KPI areas.
- Handle inbound customer telephone orders and enquiries.
- Up-sell where appropriate and exceed target wherever possible.
- Identify potential issues from customer feedback and highlight to Team Manager.

Full Time Hours - 5 x 8 hour shift between 8am and 9pm Monday to Friday, 8am and 8pm Saturday, 9am and 5pm Sunday.

Salary £9.65 per hour plus commission. OTE £3000 per year. Paid monthly.
