**Finance Administrator ( Accounts Payable)**

Due to the success of our business and recent £300 million investment, we are looking to expand our team, and are looking for a business. You'll be providing financial administrative support, an accurate accounts payable function and assisting in developing and operating finance processes across all areas of the business, providing support to employees and external partners.

**Your role accountabilities**:
Accurate and timely processing of:

- _**_Accounts Payable invoices, working with all members of the toob team
- Creation and processing of Purchase Orders for approval and release to management and suppliers in line with budgets and delegated authorities
- Other accounts payable activities in accordance with procedures and internal controls
- Expense claims in accordance with policy.

**You will also be**:

- Reviewing and reconciling all appropriate accounts within the team on a weekly/monthly schedule
- Providing weekly and monthly input to the cash management and forecasting process
- Identifying any key risks or exposures
- Responsible for maintaining records and reconciliations for a key supplier
- Collecting and data entry onto various financial spreadsheets.

**What you'll bring to the role**:

- **Accounts Payable experience
- High level of Excel competency
- Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
- Good communication skills
- Organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to work unsupervised but also confidence in working closely with a team
- Superior attention to detail
- Good, strong work ethic in line with our company values and can take on new ideas in the ever-changing world of a start-up company
- Confidence to offer new ideas or insights in processes or procedures to increase accuracy, efficiency and cost reductions
- Integrity, resilience and honesty
- Have the right to work in the UK without restriction
- Live within commutable distance to Portsmouth HQ. Up to 5 days per week in office with some flexibility for home working.
