We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join one of our clients based in Kettering. This is a customer focused role and would ideally suit someone who has worked in Banking, Finance or accounts.

**Duties include-**
- Carrying out 'due diligence' on 'E'-contracts or paper contracts for Extended Credit (EC), Lease, Subscription or Franchise Finance customers as needed
- Posting payments to our internal systems
- Posting account adjustments/terminations
- Analysing daily over payments
- Produce and distribute credit agreement related mailing including invoicing
- Daily imaging and filing of all agreement related documentation
- Maintenance of customer Direct Debits
- Banking of customer manual payments/lease deposits
- Receive and resolve customer complaints, knowing when to pass complaint on to proper management for resolution
- Contract auditing and filing reviewing for other operations department needed
- Responsive and positive interaction with several hundred representatives in the field

**We are looking for someone who**:

- Has excellent interpersonal skills, good telephone manner and a professional approach
- Has excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Has Good IT Skills
- Has excellent attention to detail
