As a small but growing specialist arts University, that has recently gained University title and visibility internationally, we are looking for an ambitious individual to support us in our next phase. The role would suit someone with experience of strategic and operational international student recruitment who is confident driving forward new initiatives and working independently.

You will be highly organised, have a systemic approach to your work and excellent project management skills. You will be enthusiastic about recruiting international students to Arts University Plymouth, have an ideas focused outlook and have excellent relationship management skills. Knowledge and experience of HE international recruitment and admissions is essential.

You will be required to collaborate with a range of stakeholders, both inside and outside the University, and will be the principal resource of student recruitment expertise within the institution for your international market portfolio. An understanding of the HE international admissions process, including Student Visa, CAS issuing and HE fee assessing processes, would be advantageous.

This role will require some travel abroad and evening and weekend working to support recruitment events and relationship management of stakeholders based in countries with different time zones. If you have previously studied or worked at a creative university or art school that would be favourable, however, this is not essential.
