SmartWatch Solutions is a national security company providing consistent excellence in customer service and innovative solutions to our clients’ challenges. Established since 2006 and fully accredited to work within multiple industry sectors we offer an excellent service through a consultative approach to site requirements, building a cost-effective solution based on our industry wide experience.
Due to growth we are looking to add a Business Services Administrator to our developing and dynamic team. Our Business Services department is the Hub of the business with most company information passing through. We effectively manage all data, recruitment and HR needs.
The new team member must have ecxellent IT skills and be comfortable liaising with both clients and suppliers. We are looking for a team player with a confident a bubbly personality. Flexibility is key to tackle differentiations in workload over the year to ensure all tasks are completed on time.
Key responsibilities for the role include;
- Metrics and reporting using Excel
- Contacting clients
- Raising customer issues with the relevant team
- Managing vehicle rental contracts and maintenance
- Scanning and filling
- Processing Job sheets
- HR and recruitment administration
- DBS Checks
- Screening and vetting prospective employees
- Assisting with recruitment administration includidng attending recruitment events
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as required
Skills and Qualifications;
- Excellent all round knowledge of Microsoft packages (Excel, Outlook, Publisher)
- GCSE level C Maths and English (A-levels/Degree desirable)

Salary £9.50 - £10.50 per hour salary equivalent.
