As a Business Services Senior, you will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering a range of accounting and business services to a diverse portfolio of clients. You will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of financial statements, managing client relationships, and providing strategic business advice. Your expertise will help clients navigate complex financial landscapes, ensuring their businesses thrive and grow.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and review financial statements and accounts for a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Manage and develop client relationships, providing insightful business advice and support.
- Oversee junior staff and assist in their training and development.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Assist with the planning and execution of audits.
- Provide strategic business planning and advisory services.

**Requirements**:

- ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent.
- Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
- Strong technical accounting skills and knowledge of UK GAAP.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines.
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach.
