Business Services Senior

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at supporting our clients' financial operations and contributing to the firm's continued success. Your duties will include preparing financial statements, conducting audits, and offering bespoke advisory services. This position offers the chance to work closely with a team of experienced professionals in a collaborative and inclusive atmosphere, where your contributions will be valued and your professional growth supported.
**Responsibilities**:
- Preparation of financial statements and tax returns in accordance with UK GAAP and IFRS.
- Conducting audits and compliance reviews to ensure adherence to regulations and standards.
- Offering tailored advisory services to enhance clients' business performance.
- Managing and mentoring junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
- Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
**Requirements**:
- ACA/ACCA qualification or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of UK GAAP, IFRS, and tax regulations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to personal and professional development.
