  • Manage and update our social media platforms by building, scheduling, and posting live jobs, project highlights, new services, and business updates.
  • Develop posts that promote our expertise in post-production, drum scanning, and fine art printing, ensuring alignment with our brand’s voice.
  • Support the Gallery and Events Manager at our sister company, Have A Butchers, with the development of our social presence for that branch of the business.

Email Marketing :

  • Create and manage email campaigns to keep clients and industry contacts informed about recent projects, services, and news.
  • Build and maintain targeted mailing lists for focused outreach.

Website & Digital Coordination :

  • Regularly update the company website with new job listings, service offerings, and case studies.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of digital content across all platforms, including web, email, and social media.
  • Develop creative and engaging methods for posting content to keep it fresh and appealing.
  • Conduct research for inspiration, business updates, competitors, and photographers to remain culturally relevant within our industries.
  • Create engaging studio content to showcase the team and services.

Essential Skills & Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for developing engaging content.
  • Proven experience in social media management and content strategies across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
  • Solid understanding of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp) and website management tools.
  • Knowledge of photography and content creation, with the ability to produce high-quality visuals for digital platforms.
  • Competency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate effectively with the broader team.
  • A passion for the creative industries, particularly in photography, fashion, and art.
  • Ability to write compelling copy tailored for each social platform to drive engagement.

Development of the Role

This position offers opportunities to expand your responsibilities as the company’s social media strategy evolves. We value new ideas and welcome initiatives that strengthen our digital presence and grow our audience. There is potential for additional days or responsibilities depending on the success and growth of the role.
