Long-established, company that design and supply of bespoke parts and consumables to the OEM sector. This position is challenging and rewarding working within a friendly, innovative and collaborative office based team.

As a Sales Office Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Being main point of contact between customers and technical teams to problem solve and move projects forward
- The day-to-day management of the team including setting and reviewing KPI’S
- To assist the team to contribute to the growth margin target through existing customer base

We are looking for a Sales Office Manager who has the following skills and experiences:

- A confident, inquisitive and engaging personality, eager to learn the technical side of the business.
- Good at retrieving and analysing data, commercial reporting and excel skills.
- Good customer service, problem-solving and supervisory skills
